bonjours je suis bloqué quelqu'un pourrais m'aidé.j'ai ceci a faire:

IE723 – FALL 2008
ASSIGNMENT 2 ;) Due: November 17.
Suppose ;)ETT wants to improve the performance of their transportation system and has selected the “Bo;)aziçi University”
station for a pilot study about a performance analysis of stations. Basic information about the station collected by experts
is as follows.
Passenger arrivals follow a Poisson process with a rate of 30 groups per hour from 6 am to 12 am, 20 groups per hour
from 12 am to 4 pm and 60 groups per hour from 4 pm to 10 pm. In each group, there is 1 person with probability 0.5, 2
people with probability 0.3 and 3 people with a probability of 0.2. The possible destinations that passengers can select
and their probabilities are: Eminönü (37%), ;)i;)li (53%), Kad;)köy (5%), Sar;)yer (5%). Note that the passengers arriving
together do not have to get on the same bus.
The buses work from 6 am to 23 pm. Assume that the buses depart regularly from R.Hisarüstü (first station) with a
constant interarrival time of 5 minutes (regardless of their destination), but due to the traffic the interarrival times of
busses show fluctuation, which following standard normal distribution (i.e. the interarrival times of busses are 5 minutes
± error term following standard normal). The arriving buses go to Eminönü (43R) with 0.3 probability, ;)i;)li (59R) with 0.4
probability, Kad;)köy (125) with 0.15 probability and Sar;)yer (59RS) with 0.15 probability. The time required for all
passengers to get on the bus follows triangular distribution with parameters a=0.2, b=0.5, c=0.8 minutes.

Build an Arena model for this system and make 100 one;)day replications. ;)ETT gives a great importance to customer
satisfaction, so they are interested in waiting times and want to keep them below 15 minutes. Find 95% confidence
intervals for average waiting time, for each route. Also find a 95% confidence interval for the ratio of customers waiting
more than 15 minutes. In addition to this, in order to be able to determine the station size, find a 95% confidence
intervals for the maximum number of people waiting in the station
