Bonjour, est ce que quelqun pourait me corriger ma traduction svp.
Voici le texte original:
"My friend", he said,recognising even in his plight the man's inferiority, "is there anything about this hotel that I could get to do?"
The porter stared at him while he continued to walk.
"I'm out of work and out of money and I've got to get something -it doesn't matter what. I don't care to talk about what I've been, but if you'd tell me how to get something to do,I'd be much obliged to you. It wouldn't matter if it only lasted a few days just now. I've got o have something."
The porter still gazed, trying to look indifferent. Then seeing that Hurstwood was about to go on, he said:
"I've nothing to do with it.You'll have to ask inside.

Ma traduction:
"Mon ami ", dit-il, reconnaissant meme dans sa situation critique, l'inferiorite de l'homme," Il y-a-t-il quelque chose dans cette hotel que je puisse faire?
Le porteur le fixe des yeux, pendant qu'il continuait de marcher .
"Je n'ai plus de travail ni d'argent, et je dois faire quelque chose-peu importe ce que c'est. Ca ne me derange pas de parler sur ce que j'ai ete, mais si vous me dites comment obtenir quelque chose a faire , je vous serrez tres reconnaissant. Ca ne fait rein si cela ne dure que quelque jours . Je dois avoir quelque chose a faire."
Le porteur le fixait toujours, voulant etre indifferent.Puis, en voyant que Hurstwood s'appretait a s'en aller ,il dit:
"je n'ai rien avoir avec ceci.Vous devriez demander a l'interieur."

C'est jute mais "the porter" signifie le "bagagiste" :error: . A part ça, j'aurai pas pu mieux faire que toi :king2: . C'est très juste. bravo!!!
